The U-Haul trailer was not cleaned out. It was dirty, and had a trash bag full of trash, and there were vehicle parts, and old BBQ still left in trailer. When we returned it, we were not really apologized to and the comment was ohh I don't know how that happened, we are thorough. We were very disappointed and am not sure if we would use that location again.

Kenneth ATrailer was extremely dirty inside. Roll up door needs maintenance. Very hard to roll up door and it sticks.
TROY AMy drop off was not scheduled for this location. the original drop off company had ceased to be a Uhaul contractor.
Paul LPlace was great, gentleman running the place was extremely friendly and helpful. I have no advice for doing better. He's got a healthy, clean, happy running business! Please keep it up! Such a change these days to walk in and see smiling faces!! God bless you!!

Scott TI rented a tow dolly which ended up having a light out. While there was a walkthrough process for the truck, there was no condition check for the dolly in the app or on the lot.

RITA JWhen reservations are made for moving equipment such as blankets, they should be available when the vehicle is picked up. Customer should not have to drive to another location to pick up such equipment.

KENNETH PHave them check gas levels and if it’s wrong check for gas leaks/issues. I ran out of gas 2 miles in and had to call for a tow truck. When they put gas in the leak was found, and I had to pay for more gas than I expected originally on top of the gas to pay the tow driver. The owner was friendly and kind to load the car up for me, but the place had an incredibly powerful gasoline smell that overloaded my senses.
Nick HIt was hard to find the front door. Its a car repair company that has very few uhaul vehicles, trailers. He had what we requested though. He was friendly and personable.
Jeanie BThe location was closed, so I had to use the website to drop off. The website would not share my location so I was stuck. Had to call Sherwood where I picked it up and asked what to do now. They tried to help but sent me to "traffic" they did ok but the whole website thing was CRAP and wasted an hour of my time. Never return unless the place is open, but you want to charge $20.00 for that which is also CRAP.
Susan MJunked out vehicles. Was very difficult getting the truck parked as well as accessing the key drop box. This place should never be a Uhaul location
Karen LThe truck was well cleaned, inside and out, but when we pulled out the ramp a bunch of cannabis fell out because the previous renters had apparently used the truck to haul their plants. It also left its stinking odor, of course.
NADINE JOwner was amazing! We were in a tight bind traveling with our two dogs and he went over and above to take great care of us and get the vehicle we needed. Couldn’t be happier.

MICHAEL MRandy, business owner called me weds, august 25 and was extremely rude to me about the uhaul was suppose to be returned that day and where the hell was I and the uhaul. He said he had it scheduled to go out on Friday at noon and I was in the red for returning the trailer. I called and spoke to someone in coos bay and ended up talking to someone somewhere at a call center or something and he said no I was to return it on Friday and to have randy check the itinerary and it stated that the return was true to Friday. When we went to return the uhaul a day early, Thursday aug 26th at noon instead of refunding us a day they charged me for another day. Very rude again was randy. He should not be running any service for uhaul if that’s his customer service.

Jasper LWell you are way over priced and your inventory of what you can get is very poor and your trucks are really poor vehicle on gas mileage and to try to get something smaller and you want to charge twice the amount because it's not the location I can tell you one thing this is the second time I rented u-haul truck and I been screwed over twice I will never rent from you again

Susan PTook a long time for check in, I was on a tight schedule and i was 30 mins late for my movers. The truck was not swept out and did not come with a dolley like the previous truck did.

Jahn DAs soon as I drove up, someone came out to help. I didn't have to do anything, Rod unhooked the trailer and I was ready to go. I decided to stick around a few minutes and got a quote for a vehicle of mine. So in addition to another positive UHaul experience,I think I've also found my body shop of choice. Thanks Rod.
