Location was supposed to be open until 5pm but no one was around when I arrived at 4:30pm. The parking lot was so full and unorganized that I had to park in the open lot next door. I had to call the number on the door, guy said he was returning to the lot but instead called me back and said he did the check-out process online. Then he said the keys were in the back of the truck and I was good to go. Weirdest process I've went through getting a truck from Uhaul ever.

Evaristus BThe drop-off went fine. Their parking lot is super confusing, and we ended up missing the entrance and having to do a U-turn in the next parking lot (which is very tricky with a tow dolly). The staff was helpful taking the truck, but never asked us to do a checkout procedure or anything, which felt kind of weird. We ended up doing the checkout procedure online ourselves and then turning in the keys.

Leah GThe uhaul was claimed to have been a new truck. When putting in gas during my travel. The gas hand would not register the fuel. This happened on a couple of stops. When I returned the uhaul the company changed my card $70 when I had already put the gas back. It was after hours when I returned the uhaul so I couldn't report the issue until the next day. When I called about the charge. The guy who provided me with the truck stated he would call and find out what the charge was for and call me back. I never received a call back. I will never use Uhaul for any reason and I will be contacting the BBB as well as disputing the charge with my bank.

Tyrin KCustomer service was horrible. I’m at reservations a whole month prior to moving and they switched me locations. I waited outside 30 to 45 minutes just to get my truck because the man was not there. I also had to remove blocks out the way of the truck before the communication was 100% off and I would never recommend anybody to rent a vehicle with them

ANTONIO EThe vehicle we rented shook you around dangerously in my opinion while going 60-70 mph and when dropped off the owner was not there and so I had to give it to one of his employees which seemed to be too busy to talk about it. Then while I picked it up it was so low on fuel it was chugging to get down the road to to gas station in which the owner warned me and explained he would not charge me for fuel due to the inconvenience. I had to put 60 bucks in it just to get it to half a tank and I used it down to a quarter of a tank which is what my contract said to drop it off at. I then get my receipt by email and notice I had a meisley 7 bucks taken off my bull when 7 bucks will not even get a small sedan down the road. I will not return to this location and was only using this location due to how close it was to where I was moving my mother in law from.
Austin DI had to call a phone number to reach someone regarding drop off and was told to leave the keys in the U-Haul. I asked if the drop box would be better and was told it would. The garage at this location is sketchy at best and I would have been mortified to send my wife there for any reason

Shawn JIt was a last minute rental when I got the rental it was under a half a tank of gas and I drove the rental exactly 8 MI I was told it would cost me $19.99 my debit card was charged $45 the rental lasted for maybe 45 minutes so I suppose I was just charged a dollar a minute either way I think it was overpriced sketchy and I would never go there again I will go to a professional U-Haul place where I can get professional service.

DAVID TThe location was fine. I think it’s absolutely absurd that I paid for a rental, paid $.79 a Mike and STILL had to pay for the fuel! What is the &.79 a mile for!? Had I known that I would NOT have rented. Sadly, I found that out AFTER I picked the rental up. Uhaul, you should be ashamed.

Phillip GFix the equipment. Overhead door gets stuck, on the trailer I rented, and I had to use a crow bar, multiple times, to close it. The owner of the rental place knew about the issue and didn't tell me about it.
Douglas LThe gentleman who helped me sign the truck out was a tremendously positive person, a joy with whom to work! The truck was waiting. It ran well and did the job. A person was there when I turned it in. The final bill was immediately provided. Cant ask for more.

igor sI’ve already rented another truck. From Penske. I won’t be back to U-Haul. I had a full fuel tank. Nice equipment and I’m NOT on hold when I call Penske. My U-Haul experience was a disaster and very disappointing. Never U-Haul.... The customer service on telephone sucked after I waited on hold for long periods. I see no reason to rent U-Haul ever again. I had no problem with my drop off facility
Mark NThe vehicle was old... It was difficult to drive on the freeway in traffic. I returned the vehicle with more gas in it. I should've been compensated for the gas. The location is very subpar. Dirt/gravel lot. Small office which wasn't very clean. There is no safe place to park your vehicle.
Herbert RI always rent a uhaul for my moves. But this time I got a bad truck. I kept having to put gas in the truck every 2miles. I called the uhaul support line & told them about my problems with this badd truck. But they just gave me the run around & were never able to help me . When I return the uhaul truck they still made me put $61.00 in gas back in the truck . I was out of money . The manager O’Neal had such a badd customers attiqute & attitude was very badd . I will never again recommend uhaul to none of my family or friends. Never again . Very badd experience
