There was nothing really wrong with the location, except that it was not near where I needed the vehicle. That is not their fault. The fact that no one was there to assist in the check-in, made the whole process of rental very stressful and difficult. For older customers like myself The online check-in was very difficult.

The trailer was filthy on the outside and inside the gate, the inside smelled of petroleum and the rolling door do not work very well.
FREDERICK SAt no fault of OCD Diesel, I had to drive 30 miles, 30 minutes one way to get the trailer after making the trailer reservation three weeks in advance at the Schofield store on Grand Ave Wausau and being told the trailer would be there for pick up on the 25th. Was no happy!
