The man was nice and very helpful. When we told him about the coupon that was promised to us, he made sure he got information about it before the transaction was made. He didn't want to do anything that would mess up our opportunity to receive it! He seems like a very honest and trustworthy man! Hopefully we never need another uhaul in our lifetime, but if we do, we would love to do business with him again!
