The actual U-Haul company customer service was ridiculous. I originally chose to return somewhere different than my pickup location and they said we'd be charged double if we did that. They were rude and unhelpful. Also, please inform customers they will have to take 75 pictures of the vehicles inside before they turn the keys in.Jason D.
