On Hook Towing provided excellent service on our return. We were initially confused about the return process and wanted to be sure everything was in order. The staff member was AMAZING! He was extremely accommodating and made our early return smooth and hassle-free. He took the time to answer our questions clearly and made sure everything was handled properly. It was the perfect way to end our U-Haul experience. Highly recommend this location.
