Alvin CA free lock would be nice. I'm not sure if this counts as an issue with the location or the u-haul truck unit itself but the passenger door needs to be looked at. At the end of my trip as I'm going to return the truck, the drivers side door opened while I was picking up speed on the highway. I noticed that even when the door is slammed shut there is still a significant amount of give.

JAVIER PI want to say the person I dealt with when I checked out the truck was fantastic and humorous. She was very good. I am sorry I didn't write her name down to praise her by name. I mentioned to her that I would be returning it after hours. She mentioned I would do it thru the app. The person that got the truck and Appliance dolly was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this location. The one issue I had was when I returned it after hours I had a problem with the uphaul app. It said that it was having a hard time identifying my location and it didn't walk me thru what I needed to do. Thank you for the pleasant experience and the nice people that work there.

VAFA KI put in a U-Haul arrangement enough time ahead with a Mini van, protection and two furniture dollies. The place didn’t have the dollies, so we had to drive around trying to find a different location for the dollies. I simple call or email saying they aren’t available would have saved us time and money. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful. The man that gave me the truck was half asleep or dead. He never responded and was rude when he finally spoke.

HYUK JTHIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOCATION...BUT I WISH THERE WAS OTHER COMPNAYS THAT HAD MOVING TRUCKS BECAUSE UHAUL ITSELF IS RETARDED I RESERVED A 26IN TRUCK AND EVEN CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM AND ALSON HAD SOMEONE CALL ME AND WHEN ICHECKED IN TO GET THE TRUCK THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT AND UHAUL DOES THIS SHIT ALL THE TIME I HATE THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERYONE TO GO TO PENSKE INSTEAD

RICHARD MVery rude receptionist. Unhelpful. Doesn't know what she's doing. Was very unkind to me. Their worker who moves the trucks didn't have anything official on so when I asked him if he worked there he understandably felt bad, but it's not his fault. He should be wearing at the very least a name tag so I know no one is going to take the truck and drive off with it. Also, there's no clear indication as to where truck returns should go. Overall I do not recommend this site whatsoever.
NIAMARIE TLocation has computer issues, way too slow, took about half an hour to get the contract and U-Haul. At drop off got there at 5:15pm (they close at 5:30), sign at the door stating will be back in 10 minutes. I waited half an hour, called their office number, knocked on door and window, yelling hello, and nothing. Finally office lady shows up and no apology, she says we close at 5:30. I said I’ve been waiting for half an hour, got here at 5:15. Says she’ll help, so I’m waiting again for a long time because her computer is slow. She doesn’t say a word though, doesn’t explain anything to me, seems to be pissed at me. Horrible drop off experience.

ERIC NThe lady at the office is rude. First they marked the gas wrong. Thn I had to fill extra gas. Even then they disputed the gas. I was luck that i took picture of the gas meter. I had proof. Otherwise I was going to be charged with 24 dollars.

linda wnot only did they mess up my inbound day after a signed contract was put into place, but they then tried to charge me for 5,000 miles and billed my credit card, which caused a fraud alert while traveling, effectively leaving me stranded for about 3hrs or so with no way to pay for anything. This has been the worst experience and worst customer service I have ever seen from a major corporation -- UNACCEPTABLE!

Sandra BI returned my truck the same day @ 5p. The person at the counter said all she needed was the key and she would text me the final amount. Did not happen that day. Next day Oct 21st, 12.30p , I have a message from this U haul location advising me they have not heard from me about my rental and they needed for me or contact them or they are going to report the truck stolen. I got a similar call from a U haul office with the same message. I called both back, and made them aware, I dropped the truck off the same day at 5p and never received my final amount notice from the Del Amo location. Looks like they forgot to show the truck had been returned. Not a good feeling having someone threaten to report you to the police. Otherwise, everything was good.
