I was offered a bigger and more expensive truck instead of the smaller one that sat there all day. I told them I only needed a small truck just big enough for a washer and dryer. The man was not friendly either. Felt lied to and cheated.Lisa H.
The internet was down. We were not told this when we called. It was not handled well. Vey inefficient. Had to repeatedly request the person in the back help get the tow ball I purchased put in and get the trailer ready to go so I could leave as soon as the transaction was finished. He should have sent me to another location as it took over and hour nd a half to get a trailer. He needed a tablet so he could have worked off a hot spot. The system could not read my driver's license. I was one problem after another.Jane L.

The gentleman that helped was very helpful & friendly but the equipment was awful! It wasn't even cleaned very well & the air conditioner didnt work at all! Plus the driver door wouldn't close all they way and the truck struggled into upper gears. Was eorried the whole time if it was even going to make it! Was not worth the money i paid!Shannon G.

The online service was overloaded for both myself trying to do the online check in and for the location manager trying to help me from his end. The location staff were very helpful, bry because of the website, what should've been a five minute pickup took 40 minutes.Michelle L.

It took 45 minutes to check in using the app due to staff delays. I also assumed that since we were being charged 99 cents per mile that we did not need to fill up the tank as well. So in addition to the $30 charge for the 30 miles I drove I was also charged $14 for not filling up the gas tank. I didn't receive any notification that I had to refill the tank for just driving 30 miles. In the future I will not be using U-Haul due to slow processes and lack of communication.Daniel S.

The guy was above and beyond satisfactory. This place of business was closed for the day I had scheduled to return the equipment (I feel like that is an administrative fault for even allowing me to click on that option without them double checking) But even though they were closed the guy still let me inside the lot to drop off the trailer and submitted the paperwork on my behalf.Cristian P.

My wife and I rented a small trailer from this location. Approximately 90 minutes after we left for our destination, the trailer wheel went flat. We used U-Haul roadside assistance and waited a total of 4 hours by the side of the highway before the tire was finally replaced. The time we waited for repairs was approximately equal to the time we actually spent traveling. While we received a $50 refund, it should have been more like 50%.Eric J.

Location allows you to return a vehicle after hours, but service in the area is not great- so the app didn't work. Add in extra time to call UHaul just in case the app doesn't load.Nicole W.

The location is fine, but using the U-Haul app to check in was an absolute nightmare to the point where I do not intend on using U-Haul again (I've consistently used U-Haul for moves in the past. I started the check in process and it was radio silence for 30 minutes while it said pending approval. I was concerned that something was wrong so I tried to use the chat app. No one replied at 10 minutes in, 15 minutes in and 20 minutes in, so I called U-Haul. In the time I was on the phone, apparently the chat person responded and said they couldn't get ahold of my provided phone contact so they canceled my check in and I had to start all over. It took me an hour and a half to check in when all was said and done. All it would have taken was for someone to answer me in chat to let me know that everything was fine and to continue waiting. This all resulted in a much longer day than needed and undue stress.Tina D.
