Gurpreet SDue to extenuating circumstances, I was not able to return the vehicle until the following day. The rental truck got stuck n the mud and I was not able to get it out in my own. I contacted the rental location and I was informed that the truck was not being rented out again until 4:30 on that day. I swept and mopped out the truck and was still charged for the extra day. I don’t believe that the charge was necessary given the truck was not needed on the day that I was supposed to return it. The customer service rep was rude and did not show any compassion despite my apologies and informing her that it was my birthday and I was having a horrible day. I will not be using your business in the future!!!!!

KAITLYN JExcellwnt service. I rented a trailer, The staff checked me in quickly, and came out and hooked up the trailer hitch points and plugs, They also ensured all lights were working properly. I plan to rent from this company and most importantly from this location in the future. The agent I dealt with was courteouse, professional and extremely helpful,

Allison NAll trailer(s) should be fitted with a "Jack Stand" as the trailers are VERY Heavy to manually lift by hand on to the receiver ball and it could be very easy for someone to hurt their back due to this situation... Thank you...

MICHAEL NExcellent customer service at this location. It would be helpful Uhaul's policy required vehicles to be fully fueled when dropping them off. It is a nuissance to pick up a vehicle on a 1/4 tank. Other than that, excellent. Love the app.

Happy with the expense and no clear explanation on the cost , when I initially called it was 19.95 and first 150 km free that was all that was explained to me and that there was a full tank of gas and needed to have a full tank upon arrival back ,No one told me that I was being charged for extra km , I understood that I needed to fill a tank , I was charged 170.00 no one bothered to explain those charges that was on October 31 I rented the van for one day returned the next evening Saturday November 1 @ 5;30 but then today November 3rd I was charged 510.00 to my card and another charge of 69.43 after the 170.00 and I have no idea why , I feel that if you charge 170.00 for rental and are charging for extra km from what I was told today then you shouldn’t have to fill a tank upon return after it cost someone all that money in the first place it’s a lot of money and had no idea what it was all for , I will be disputing the other charges because the van was returned the next day and I did NOT HAVE THAT VAN FOR 3 days , I do not appreciate my card being charged and I will NOT be renting from u haul ever again !
LISA ATrain this location on how to serve customers in a timely manner. I and other customers had to wait over 30 minutes to be served. And, when we complained we were told we should go elsewhere if we didn't like the service.

MORLEY SBooked trailer in advance ..... took too long to print contract and pay invoice before taking off . 45 Minutes ! Had to pay $10 for hitch ball , should have been free like few times before I rented trailers ....NOT all trailer hitches use same size ball ! When trailer returned , I needed help to park it as I have a hard time backing up trailers , girl at counter said I had to put it back in it's place .....Owner/ rep in yard backed it up for me . .
MICHEL BActually attach the trailer. The trailer was not fully attached and came off the car as soon as I left the Uhaul. This was a highly dangerous situation!
JAN HI was charged twice for a 4 hour rental. Once at time of pickup $117 and once 6 days later $108. It took over 30 minutes to get the uhaul once arriving. THEN. On the second bill I noticed I had gotten charged for cleaning. Which I had vacuumed out the uhaul because a mirror had gotten broke and there was no evidence in the photos to suggest it was dirty. After making a few phonecalls I am recieving a refund of $101. Somehow loosing out on $7 ? Not impressed. Will not use this location again.

MICHAEL DCustomer service sucked. The guy who served us was very rude and had absolutely NO clue what he was doing and froze my bank card...then proceeded to try and do it again after I fixed the issue trying to say it was my fault after I JUST come from the bank!! I still haven't received my refund from what I can see!! Not very happy. He delayed my trip out of town considering i was supposed to leave at 4 and had to go to the bank as it was THEIR fault my bank card was froze in the first place. This guy hasn't got a clue! Not impressed at all!

Jesse SThe uhaul equipment is not located at the above noticed location. There is a sheet of paper taped to the front door saying "DROVE TOWARDS BRIDGEWATER TO FIND UHAULS". The uhaul facility where the equipment was located was about 3 kilometers away on the other side of the street. My only option was to do a 24/7 truckshare pickup and the location had no cellular service. This location was a nightmare.

Very impressed. ***I would like to say that I received 2 text messages at the same time for different pickup locations. I thought that this was odd so I called the 1-800 number to verify. The lady with which I spoke told me that I should just go with the first address. She refused to check my phone number for the reservation to check the correct pick-up address. That was very unprofessional. AND WRONG! Why would I get a second address for pickup? Would that not be the most recent? Why was she too lazy to verify the reservation?
William BOrdered a 26 foot uhaul well in advance. As I was driving into the pickup location U-Haul calls me to say it wasn't ready. Had to wait in the store for a hour and a half. When I received the truck it was not what I would call clean and smelled of cigarettes. When I returned it I had swept it all out and the cab was cleared of my and previous mess. Then when billed I was actually charged $40 for cleaning ???
STEVEN LI go to thrat place yearly with my Sthil string trimmer & they are very helpful. What I did not like was getting the van 3/4 full of fuel & then to return it I'm standing outside it w. the engine off & have eno idea when I hit that mark...until the nozzel pops & I have filled the van completely. And can't get a credit towards my next rent period....I'm moving slowely between locations. I also rented in Highfield Park Dartmouth & loved the new Ford van (at least it seemed brand new it was so immaculate & had a backup video screen on the dash) so much I wanted to buy one the following week. And all the guys inside and outside were very friendly and helpful & quick to get me into the vehicle.

Jochen SI had a reservation for 8am on a Monday and was supposed to pick up via contactless pickup. When I arrived at 8, I tried to check in on the app but was met with a prompt saying that my equipment wasn’t available and to call the 1-800 number. So I did and found out that my vehicles was probably ready but I just had to go inside the OCR to get the key. I went inside and waited at an empty counter for 10 minutes before one of the employees acknowledged me. So I explained the confusion with the app and how I wasn’t sure of the van was actually available or not to which the employee replied in a very agitated state. I was rudely informed that OCR Ia closed on Sundays and doesn’t not open until 8am on Mondays so therefore they cannot have the van ready by 8. This was a little confusing also since this location in advertised as a 24/7 rental location. I even had the option to book at all hours of the morning, so it leaves me wondering what would have happened had a booked for 7am or earlier? I actually asked the employee why they offered pick up for 8am then if they are adamant about being unable to provide that but she just ignored me. When I finally got the keys, I asked the empire where to find the van because I noticed multiple outside and she responded by pointing and telling me “out there”. So after I went and found the vehicle on my own I had to do a walk through on my own to “agree” to the rental (I documented the damage, mileage, and gas level prior to me leaving since I wasn’t provided with any of that information). While I was doing this, I noticed that the drivers side window was cracked a couple of inches. It has poured rain over the weekend, and sure enough the inside of the cab was soaked. The floorboards, the dash, the door, and especially the seat. The back of my pants were soaked by the time I got to where I was heading that day. It was an awful experience from start to finish. I’ve never had a problem with UHUAL or their customer service in the past. I’m not quite sure why this location (which is a franchised location) is so nasty. I’m new to the area and when I shared my experience with neighbors and coworkers, I was told that this location is known for the awful way they treat people. I will certainly never go back. And after being yelled at, disregarded, and soaking wet, I feel like I was taken advantage of/ robbed of my money.

ELIZABETH AAddress mentioned in Uhaul app was different than where my truck was parked . There was no mobile connectivity and internet at the location it was hassle to do mobile pick up steps.
Tanuj SThe staff member was friendly however the truck rented was filthy inside. The truck was old and beat up. The steering had a lot of play in it, the transmission didn’t shift properly, the drivers door hinges are worn out causing it to make noise over bumps etc etc.
