The staff were extremely helpful and super nice! They made the rental and return smooth and easy! Would definitely recommend this location for the customer service alone!

KATHLEEN RI like the facility and the receptionist Cathy because she was very helpful. I made a reservation for a 15’ truck and when I got there to pick it up, only 10’ truck is available. U-haul please improve on this one , very stressful, why can’t you be honest and notify the customer ahead of time and provide the RIGHT SIZE of truck available. You even have a representative called to confirm the reservation and yet I did not get what I reserved.
