The place could not get into the U-Haul program it took about an hour after I already pre check in. Very little gas in the U-Haul. 18 mile away from where I wanted to pick up. At a $1.19 a mile that adds up

david aIt was 5:30pm, dark of course due to the of year, it was closed & no lights on so I missed it. I’m not from the area so for me was a little difficult. I wasn’t able to speak with anyone just left key in the lock box with 1/4 tank of fuel.

Jeremy MThese people do not need to be a Uhaul dealer. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing, nor how to talk with customers. I rent very frequently from Uhaul and this is the first and absolutely worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention their property is completely unsafe to pick up/drop off equipment/vehicles, especially at night. I can go on and on about this terrible experience, but rest assured i will NEVER rent another uhaul product from this location.

Brandon MLocation is not typical pickup and drop off U-Haul property. It is a working space. Would not want to pickup during a busy work day unless there was a dedicated receptionist. But it was definitely within range, mileage, of home base. Manager/ worker was very attentive and helpful.
