Not entirely the fault of this location, but my experience with Uhaul was AWFUL. I set up my reservation specifically to be at an actual Uhaul location. The day before, Uhaul called me to ask if I could change my pickup location to a hardware store. I accepted. When I showed up to the hardware store the next day to pick up my equipment, they did not have any of it. I was sent the the above location to pick it up, and the equipment did not have the furniture pads I had reserved, so I had to go to yet another location to go get those and be ready for my move the next morning. During this entire reservation process, no one asked if my vehicle (for the auto transport I reserved) had oversized tires. So the night before I have to leave, while trying to get my vehicle secured to the auto transport, I find out my tires are too large and only through Google did I learn that I could purchase oversized tire straps from Uhaul. I was barely able to get those before the Uhaul store closed, and customer service there was extremely poor (including when picking up the furniture pads the night before). No one did a walkaround with my equipment, tested lights, or showed me how to use any of it.

In noted in the pickup that the truck was dirty. They still charged me for a cleaning fee 0/10! I hired movers from the app. He text me almost an hour after he was supposed to be here and said he didn’t know what time he would be here. I let him know i wasn’t happy and after 1.5 hours another crew showed up to unload the truck I paid for 2 hours and they only worked one. I returned the equipment, including the trailer I hauled for YOU and they charged me a 25$ cleaning fee. I only needed the truck for 25-26 hours and they charged me for 2 days and 100 mile more than I actually drive. I got the shit end of the stick. Unfortunately, you’re a corporation who doesn’t give af!

KAREN SWhen I picked up the tow dolly, the representative was having trouble while checking the lights. He eventually gave me the thumbs up that all were working. In actuality, when we went to leave the next morning on our trip we discovered the passenger side lights were inoperative. I was forced to purchase magnetic lights to travel safely. Upon arrival at the drop off location the uhaul rep determined none of the lights on the tow dolly worked.
