Van was great. Staff was very helpful. Van smelled like wet dog though. Should be cleaned better. The uhaul app also would not work when trying to checkout. But Pcean Tech took care of it next day.RICHARD P.

The 24/7 pick up process was excruciating. The website is slow, drops in the middle, and we had to start over again 10 times. It was a little better at drop off but still had to start over twice. The instructions ask for a license picture to verify "it's you" but then we were denied twice because it didn't clearly show the expiration date - if that's what you need say it! The return never states that the lock box will open with the same code so you have to make that guess. For such a great idea, it's not very user friendly.Richard M.

Sunday check in was horrible. Nothing was working with the app n called the toll free number n it took 45 minutes to talk to live person who tried to guide us thru but didn't help My wife drove down from half hour away n tried process on her phone , I started at 8:00 am n finally got key at 9:45. Attendant only was for pumping gas n couldn't help anymore. Similar problem with checkout, I drove a total of 16 miles n brought van back at 10:45 am n app would not let us close out .... tried on 2 phones. Totally disappointed with uhaulKEITH K.

I called your customer service number for two days to tell them that I return the truck the same day I rented it fueled it at the rental station and Customer Service wouldn't answer the phone for two days. Do not charge me a $20 late fee. I spoke with the BP station where I rented the truck return the truck refilled it full and they were excellent service. Your customer service absolutely sucksRALPH P.

This location was close to our storage. We were supposed to drop it off in Whiting, NJ. On Friday I called & spoke to a representative to explain the situation, he said ok & put me on hold 45 minutes, never came back on line. I also called Saturday & Sunday. Then Valerie left me a message if the inconvenience I caused someone else. If my conversation was passed on properly the snyd remark from Valerie would have been avoided.Jennifer G.
Both Sal and his Father at Ocean Auto Tech, are very fair and helpful. They are agents for Uhaul, which provided great service...... But, I would recommend a REMINDER about Exact change for tolls if taking the Garden State parkway or having E-Z pass with you (if you have one)...... Which could become a problem down the road, with fines attached! In my opinion, E-Z PASS SHOULD PROVIDE TOLL COLLECTORS AT BOOTH'S WHO CAN MAKE CHANGE.......... (OR NOT COLLECT)!!!!DEBORAH M.

The truck i was assigned was missing from the lot. I had to call customer and was given a pickup truck instead. Besides the space that was barely enough, it took 15-20 minutes to sort it out. The original place I reserved didn't have the truck I reserved I had to drive to a second location it was not a great experience. The place that actually had the truck was great that's why I rated high but if you check the original reservation that place I would have rated low.Larissa H.
