The store closed at 4:30. It is attached to a gas station. The attendant who was working told me that he couldn’t help me take the trailer off of my car. When I told him that the woman who assembled it didn’t have a problem with it, so I could figure it out, he all of a sudden figured out how to do it. For clarity, I had two rentals, the truck rental was the issue with the pickup and the trailer rental was the issue for drop off.

RUSSELL CI was asked how many miles I would be driving the vehicle. I said I don’t know. I was then told to just pick a number the mileage doesn’t matter. So I just said 100 miles. I went over 100 miles and had to pay an additional $48.02 for the extra mileage which I wasn’t made aware of until I received my receipt. All in all my $119 1-day rental ended up costing me $206.52 after all the random fees additional mileage and tolls etc 👍🏻

JOSEPH GMy only comment is regarding topping off the gas tank. The contract noted the tank as full, so I filled it upon returning the van. But after having driven only 20 miles, it took 6 gallons ($19.00) to top it off.
