Personnel tried her best. Equipment hadn't been properly checked in from previous return. She had to call u-haul for help. We hooked rental truck and trailer. Truck brake light was burned out. They haven't the ability to fix it. They found another truck at a nearby location. I had to go get it, return to get trailer. I lost nearly two hours because of all the confusion.
