James MHad to wait 30 minutes for the truck. Charged for a furniture dolly and furniture pads that I didn't receive. Had to pay for a larger truck than I had reserved because the truck I had reserved was snowed in, even though it hadn't snowed in a week. Generally gave the impression of not wanting to be doing business with U-Haul.
David LI've done business besides the drop off of a Uhaul trailer with OConnor's service. They very helpful and do good work. I would recommend them for both auto service and Uhaul help.

Philip PWhen I reserved the truck by phone I was told “Two day, one-way rentals have unlimited miles”. I turned in the truck and was told I was 40 miles over. I told Mike O’Connor what I was told and he asked me to confirm that my charge was $212.69. We confirmed that price. Later in the day O’Connors charged my AmEx and additional $47.52.

Richard FThe location owner and service of my pick up location was great! Uhaul and the Uhaul website however; was a complete nightmare. Took hours on the phone to get the reservation right (nothing I did, you all changed the location to 40+ miles away for no reason and then after waiting for hours to speak to someone and try to change it back (you cannot do that on the site as the recording said while I waited so many times) you tried to blame me or my pick up location. So many excuses that were just based on no real facts. A very bad experience on your site and with your service representatives by telephone. The location and service for pick up though was great - but they are not your employees.

Terri Pway off the Brooklyn Bridge in my terms---was not close- was told it was a UHAUL place not a Automotive place- people were extremely nice- but not the best location on getting a UHAUL- the only bad thing was Someone should have done an inspection on the UHAUAL - exhaust system was leaking- could not take the truck over 40 mph and nothing was not even in the truck---the truck was all over the place- so the trip took WAY WAY longer than expected-

steve mLocation did not inspect equipment prior to rental.Rear safety chain for car hauler was not serviceable. No instruction for use was provided. Location told me that I would receive a refund for extra days billed upon dropping off the equipment. This was not the case. Had I known this I would not have rented the trailer one way. I would have driven to the drop off location and rented from there. After calling UHaul number I was told that an area supervisor would call. I received no calls.
