Drop off was after hours, hassle free. No complaints, but can't rate the personnel.

Roger Nwell, this is a side business for the tattoo business, so....it's not their main focus, but they did their jobs, and answered the phones, and were open until 7 PM which helped us tremendously in dropping off the trailer.
candice aThis was an unmanned location at a tattoo parlor. It was not marked very well. Felt strange just dropping the trailer off without contacting anyone. I left it and hopefully it was OK. Just not used to doing business that way.

Staccey BI am very disappointed in the service that I received on my recent rental. My family and I were moving and rented a UHAUL from Odins Beard Tattoos and I ordered a 26 foot truck with a handtruck and an appliance dolly. Before I picked up the truck, I noticed that the rate per day changed from $0.79 per mile to a $1.09 per mile. When I called customer service and spoke to a scheduling representative, I was told that the rate was wrong and that it should still be a $0.79 per mile rate. The rate was corrected (I have documented evidence of the corrected rate). When I picked up the truck using the mobile pickup, I was blindsided with the wrong rate again back at $1.09 per mile and no appliance dolly even though I was charged for one. I called to get this corrected and the appliance charge taken off and spoke to a representative who stated that the charge would be taken off but it was not and I was charged for this on my Credit Card. I have called multiple times to attempt to get this corrected and only manage to wait on hold and get transferred over and over again without anyone helping me. I have never been more disappointed in a Rental Company and will most definitely not use UHAUL again. If there are questions or concerns please call (864)356-8033 and I will be glad to clarify what happened during this incident.

Jeanne PVehicle ran fine. There was just pooled, pollinated water that we had to sacrifice a couple of our own towels to clean up before we could load the vehicle. On the other hand, this location saved us because our original pickup location, BP on Liberty Hwy never notified us that the vehicle we were supposed to get never came in the day before so we got there and they had nothing for us.
