Put a sign out front on Superior place so people can see where to go. The place is hidden. Get computers fixed. It wasn't the person's fault, but I had to wait for 20 minutes to get the keys and get going. I rented from 4-8, not 4:20 - 8. Other than that, everything went good. Thank you.William N.

It would be helpful to know ahead of time that this facility is located inside a large warehouse. It was a little confusing at first knowing where to go to pick up the truck. After that, the experience was positive.michael I.
Everything was picked up and arrived when we need it to & in one piece. However trying to get dates confirmed and any questions you have answered was the most ridiculous thing ever. U-haul, u-box, and the transportation company are all separate entities. I spent more time on the phone being transferred to different places then on hold, it was a big time hassle. They also moved all my containers to a different location at the last minute because of "construction". It saved me a 9 hour road trip but, I'm not sure I would go this route again.James M.

The guy at the Lincoln location (Phil?) was incredibly helpful. My car is lowered, causing problems being loaded onto the trailer. He helped me figure out a solution and made sure it was safe.Devon B.

I thought everything was great! The only comment I have is it would be nice if they would give a run down of the truck (i.e. how to move the mirrors, lights, ect.) Being in a large unfamiliar truck is tough at first and that help would be nice. Otherwise, awesome work!Lydia W.

Truck began to overheat on the way back. It had already been painted to be sold. Would have appreciated not having to worry about that by renting a truck without known issues.Steve P.

1. I wanted to use the Lincoln u-haul location not a third party for many reason, this caused back track to another location. 2. The truck was covered in ice and go no help from the babysitter at this location. 3. The rear door would not open, I though it was frozen shut. drove it home anyway. 4. No Ice scraper in the truck and had to run it 30 min. to clear the ice - on my dime. 5. Windshield washer was not working either. 6. After diving home I got the rear door to open. 7. After working on the washer for some time in freezing cold, got it cleared and working. 8. After loading the door would only come down (10 p). Noticed door cables were off the rolls / drums and sent and hour with a helped trying get this back on the track. Luckily we got it closed. 9. The next morning I called the drop off location to see if they we could stop there first and fix the door. The ask we did not call the 24/7 hot line the night before? and they would have to call them any way.Randy L.

When I picked up I rented for two days but was told it was $30 per day, if I only used one day I would not be charged for 2nd day. Dropped off in Columbus 24 hours later ( 1 day) and was charged $101.00 Was told it is standard $95 for one way trip. Clarification on this might have been better. Otherwise no complaints on equipment, personel were friendly, plenty room for pickup.DANIEL H.

Don't rip off your customers by adding fuel that was already in the tank. You'd already ripped me off on the excess mileage, and then screwed me over by adding fuel also. Won't use UHaul again.TODD Y.
Rented at a convenient location on South 48th Street but had to get the vehicle 10 miles or more from that location making additional charges. Additional charges finally were altered because of an apologetic employee. Initial employee at the 48th St location never mentioned I may not be picking up truck at her location. Found out at 3PM afternoon before the initial rental time for the next morning. As a result I had to change plans disrupting work and commitments for Friday night just so I could drive across town to get the truck in order to keep the early Saturday move on schedule with my hired movers.MARGART Y.

We did not get the courtesy discount we were promised and this location did not have an office area so we had to stand in a cold garage to process the papers. The clerk wasn't very friendly and he didn't know much about prices and options. We have rented alot of uhaul trailers and this location took the longest time ever to hookup. The truck was in poor condition. Absolutely reeked of cigarettes and the interior had multiple items falling apart. There was a layer of stickiness all over everything. The truck only came with about a fourth of a tank of gas. Took about 40 minutes for pickup and dropoff due to only 1 employee who is trying to run a gas station at the same time. Next time, I'd drive a couple extra miles to get a truck from someone else.Robert B.

When I went to pick up the trailer, I had to wait for the attendant at the gas station to assist with store customers before helping me. Even after he started helping me, he would always interupt my service to help store customers. It took me over half an hour to obtain my trailer when it should not have taken any more than 10 minutes. I would suggest having a second person on hand at the time of reservation. I reserved for 10:00 a.m. and was there just before 10.Shawna P.

Be prepared for scheduled pick-ups. Don't book all pick-ups for one time if you will be under-staffed. Also, maintain your equipment. The check engine light was on in my moving vehicle the entire time we used it.LISA Y.

The person in charge tells Marathon Gas station actually tells customers that Uhaul is not his business so he does not care about providing good service. He has such very bad behavior toward people not buying his merchandise .jefferson C.

first off the truck was rented to us with only 1/4 tank of gas, I have always gotten trucks with a full tank. my bank account was also processed with a 75 dollar hold, which I have never been charged by a u-haul store. also I was never given an inspection sheet to complete to mark milelage, damage ect which I have always gotten when renting a uhaul,I rent trucks regularly for various things and this store is one I would never go back to. The original pick up site was a uhaul store and went out of their way to get us a truck after the customer failed to return the truck and told them that they were not going to be returning it on time.Tammy M.

The poor clerk was working by himself with a constant line of people while trying to get me set up with my reservation on a laptop. It was understaffed and I waited over a half hour to get the keys to the truck. When I returned the truck there was another employee that helped speed the process up. My experience with Uhaul was horrible. The truck needed to be jumper due to a bad battery 2 days in a row. The first day the person I spoke with took good care to help. The second day I waited for hours to get assistance. No one offered to do anything for me and I was charged full price for the rental.Angela C.

You can start by not having your customer problems rep. (on the phone from the pick up location) advise customers to do things that are ILLEGAL....! The tail lights on the trailer that I reserved were not working on one side and the dealer said he could not give me the larger one (that he did have there) for the same price. I had him call the service rep on the phone, (I forget what her name was) and she advised him to tell me to take the trailer with the bad tail lights and drive it 9 miles to New Brighton, MN to get the lights fixed....!!! So I called your 800 problem number and got the same woman and she told me the same thing...! I should have called the police right then so they could turn it over to the District Atty. Finally she got smart and called the dealer back and had him give me the largert trailer for the same price. This all took over an hour....!!! In the mean time the dealer couldn't help his regular customers at his convenience store business. Your system of assigning the pick up point (from an online resv.) is a terrible method of doing business. Customer know where the nearest Uhaul dealer is in their neighborhood and want to pick their rentals up where they know they are located. I'm still debating on calling the Brooklyn Park (MN) city attorney and city license bureau.DAVID B.
I don't know if there is anything the store can do, but get a newer truck. The truck we rented only got 5 miles to the gallon, which is terrible. We have rented trucks many times from other rental companies and NEVER had a truck with such awful gas mileage. No wonder you only charge $20 to actually rent the truck.David 1.

The manager of this store was patience and explaned my every question. The Brooklyn Park store was where I went originally and they are just plain rude and don't explain just tell you what they can do. I called the fridley store and they are the ones who canceled the BP order and re-scheduled me to go to Bc Mathron store. It all worked out. Thank you team U-Haul for working with me.YOLANDA C.
