We tried using the 24/7 app pick up and drop off as we were moving on a Saturday and the place was closed. We originally were going to use a different location that was open, but were asked to give this place a try. We were told that because we were switching locations last minute, we'd get a discount on our rental. We did not. We also were having issue after issue getting the app to let us complete our rental. It took my husband over 45 minutes to finally get it. It took calling the 800 customer service number to get the code for the key box. I don't think it was necessarily this location that had issues, but maybe the app or something. But I don't recommend coming here to rent a uhaul on a Saturday when no one is aroind to help.
