Have equipment available for emergency use. I had an emergency, and I was not able to complete my move, because no trucks were available for me to extend my rental. I was told, I could not extend my rental. Your advertisement is a lie, because you do not allow the customer to make changes to their rentals. Not happy at all.TYZENIA W.
The man working at Oglesby auto was awesome. He showed up just to make sure we got checked in ok. Your 24/7 phone system was bad. He helped us the best he could but couldn't print anything out for us because of the self/mobile choice I had made when reserving. I was uncomfortable with totally paperless. I wanted to change my check out option but couldn't. He was a nice guy, and a good facility but i did not like the process overall. It was ok.Jaim A.

Phone app: works about 20% of the time. I rent trucks & vans frequently. The app fails & gives â€œnetwork problemsâ€ as the reason. I can log in, pull up my order, edit my order, whatever. But when it's time to pick up or drop off the truckâ€”â€œnetwork problems.â€ A scientific wonder: network outage that affects some functions on one app. You've heard this complaint 1000s of times & you've done nothing about it. That's the beauty of a monopoly.James H.

This location is not called Oglesby Auto, but Kat Kars. When dropped off at that location, it was not checked in. We were told to drop it off in a field. No paper work was exchanged. After several calls to the business were not answered and 2 calls to 1-800-go-U-Haul, the owner of the company finally called me to tell me the trailer was checked in. No additional charges were applied. I have been uncomfortable & anxious with this entire return process.LYNNE S.

I needed to doAfter I picked up the truck I initially made my reservation for one way but later needed to use the truck to bring more items back. I left a message with an employee to find out what I needed to do and inquire about additional charges but I never received a call back. Little sketchy location and guy had a pistol on his hip so not welcoming. I returned 3 packs of unused and still wrapped pads and the guy said that it would be credited but was not on the receipt. I emailed 2 days ago to remind him at 879004_AFM@uhaul.com but have gotten no response. I would like my money back for the 3 packs of furniture pads.Robert D.
Rented Car Trailer which was parked between two non-operating cars in mud. Took over an hour to get the trailer out after almost getting my motor home stuck in the mud. Notice other trailers and truck also in mud.Terry B.

This is a wheel and tire store that does U-haul on the side. There was not enough space to turn around a trailer, and the parking area was a mud-pit. Staff was indifferent, did not offer to help disconnect or move my trailer. I was not given a receipt and I had to escalate to U-haul corporate to confirm that they actually did process my return.Gardner W.
This survey should address the service provided by UHaul and not be limited to the pickup and return locations. UHaul's performance was rather poor. The reservation software used does not seem to work and it took for ever for the customer and the folks at the pickup and delivery places to perform all of the necessary tasks (ex.: filling out the same forms several times over, slow processing or nothing at all, etc.). If the folks at the pickup and delivery places hadn't been so patient and professional we would've given up! They deserve extra pay for putting up with this system! Looking at this form it appears that UHaul is quicker to evaluate its partners than itself!Dominique C.
