was very happy everything went perfectly was please with the location and the trailer.
LOUIS HWhile the equipment I rented was in very poor condition (the ratchet mechanism on the tow dolly) was old, lacked maintenance and unfastened two times in a 600 mile trip) the other equipment at this location looked good. I was not allowed to use the newer dolly. Communication with this location was excellent.

pam DLet me know that an insurance plan was added on. I should have check contract. The one online could not be read. To small and wouldn't enlarge. I did not want insurance and it was on there. Please let your customers know when insurance is added.
