First, it would be nice to put a sign up so we can find their mediocre office located in a remote backyard dusty container/shed. I wish I could attach the picture I took! It took us forever just to find the place. When you go to the mentioned address, they redirect you with vague infos towards their busy backyard. Eventually, someone came to register us. When it was done,he just said to go back by ourselves to the front office and pick up the equipment that matches the description in the sent "link" and take pictures. We did with great efforts! A snow storm was going on. The trailer was stuck in ice and snow. We tried several times pushing and pulling it to attach it our truck but it kept falling. We figured the attachment was full of hard ice. I had to lift it to allow my husband to shave under it. Once it was finally connected, the chains were abnornally long and touching the ground. The equipment was frozen and rusty so we had to go back and borrow pliers to correct it. When we eventually left the yard with the trailer attached, we both had a good laugh saying it was certainly one of our worse customer service experience!

SONYA GLe U-Haul était brisé à l'intérieur lorsque je l'ai eu. Les connections du fils pour le véhicule devaient être lavé ou changé puisque des erreurs de freins apparaissaient constamment sur le tableau de bord suite à la connection. L'installation c'est bien fait, mais la cliente en connaissait plus sur les trailer que celui qui l'a installé...
Carolanne LThere was no agent on site. I had to figure the trailer out myself and hoped that everything was done right upon hookup. There was a completely bald tire on the trailer. The wire for the lights had been cut off so short that I had to go buy a set of magnetic trailer lights just to have lights on the trailer for the trip. That set me back an hour and extra money. F rating on this rental. Side note - the girl on the phone was very friendly and helpful.
Adam BSelon le GPS le lieu de dépôt est situé à l'arrière. J ai été obligé de réinstaller la remorque pour aller à l avant ensuite. C est l application de retour qui me l'a mentionné après que j avais décrocher la remorque. Seul chose est pas facile.
