I was charged an extra $100 because the start location store entered the wrong store I was dropping the u-haul off at and they keep sending me to the main office to have it fixed. This isn’t even where I took the truck when we were done.

I had this truck rented indefinitely and was called several times to bring it back so someone else could rent it. I guess my money wasnt as good as someone else's. Will never rent or reccomend this person ever again..

Insure trucks and trailers are clean. We were using this to haul bedroom and living room items which require clean space while moving. Old bank location was very professional and helpful and got me on the road with minimal time there.

The attendant was very helpful in getting our trailer hitched and working. We had a bit of a problem with the tail light operation and he went out of his way to solve the problem for us.

I was very disappointed to find out that U-Haul does not have any military discount applied. I think that it is very important for companies to support the military and I believe that it is good for business. Other then that I was satisfied.
