I was supposed to pick up my 15-ft truck at a Russellville AR location at 12:00. A few hours before pick-up, I was notified that I would have to pick it up at another town.

We dropped it off. They had closed. It was about 12:05 pm, Saturday, August 19th. The trailer was backed up into a parking spot and left there.

I was charged an extra $100 because the start location store entered the wrong store I was dropping the u-haul off at and they keep sending me to the main office to have it fixed. This isn’t even where I took the truck when we were done.

I had this truck rented indefinitely and was called several times to bring it back so someone else could rent it. I guess my money wasnt as good as someone else's. Will never rent or reccomend this person ever again..
