David TIf there's a reservation set for a certain time the Uhaul dealer shouldn't request for you to change the time and then still be an hour and a half late.
Susan MWe reserved a trailer from a store that turned out to be closed on that day. We had to drive an hour one way to pickup another trailer. And no one was at that store when we got there. Uhaual had to call someone to come help us.
