Darren SI was sent to the wrong location originally. Had to go to then a different location from which I was scheduled at. Upon arrival it was a lengthy and difficult experience. I requested 60 moving blankets. Only 21 were in the truck. The truck had shards of glass at the back of it which we found upon loading our items. When the owner of the facility was trying to do the online portion to get me on the rd he had no computer, only his phone. It took over 20 minutes due to the lack of necessary equipment to complete the transaction and get me on the rd. He told me just to leave and if I needed to sign something he would call me and I could go to his office later to sign…. Overall kind of disappointing for the expense of renting the uhaul.
