Willie the customer representative was awesome he had me in and out. Willie all my questions first class customer service. I recommend to go old school city - uhaul. My next rental is there with Willie. 10 star certified.

There is no U-Haul signage at this overall property to assist with. Locating the site. Vehicle was in good shape but relatively low on fuel.

When I arrived at 10 the store was closed. At 1010am when the store was still closed I called, he then opened the store. The owner could not work the U-Haul site, he made a call for assistance. After he was able to work the software, he realized he hadn’t checked in the last person so I had to wait for him to run out to the truck. I did not get truck until 1052am. I asked him to change the time to reflect the time I actually got the truck. He said he would but didn’t. When I returned the truck, I asked him why did I have two seven dollar charges for the equipment? He was unsure why and said he will credit one seven dollar charge back, but didn’t. This whole experience took more time than the actual time I used the truck. I originally booked for the 44th Ave., Laveen location. I received a call the day before to go to the Central location as a courtesy to U-Haul.

The area seemed a little sketchy. I couldn’t find a physical location, and planned on parking my car there, but it was a sketchy backside of a building with no other cars. So I felt uncomfortable leaving my car there unattended. The truck itself also had splattered liquid stuck on the passenger side sun visor/windshield, and the cup holders were sticky.
