Clean your trucks, inspect your trucks, make sure ordered equipment is in the truck. Notify someone if a location pickup changes so the whole move doesn’t turn into chaos.
TRICIA WClean the vehicle before pickup, The center console was falling off when I picked it up. The attendant made me and my son load the two dollies and all the blankets.

COREY HGet more of a variety of vehicles. This is usually out of the control of the owner so uhaul needs to step it up. It cost me more money because I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way just to rent a uhaul which put me over the mileage I was alloted.
