The place to pick up a huge trailer like that is way too small of a parking lot. But the guy was super kind to back me out and help me.

The partners U Haul work with are hard working, focused, helpful, and able to troubleshoot. U Haul has a terrible website and worse app. The website gave multiple problems in trying to do something simple to set up my reservation and then had more problems in trying to picknup the truck which led to even more problems after drop off, and then when the drop off problem was trying to be resolved, my phone blew up with incorrect texts and emails because that is how the system works to try to fix a problem. I also had U Haul ask me to solve problems for them and basically do their job for them and they did not even read my reservation information. U Haul needs to get rid of their current webmaster and retrain their web team. Their website and app are not sufficient for the type of company U Haul is trying to run. The pick and drop off partners are gems and the backbone of this business model and the part that works best. Take care of them and keep them happy.
