The first person I spoke with to reserve the van was courteous and helpful. However, the young man who was in the office when I picked up the van had a poor attitude and was really not at all helpful. The interior of the back of the van was quite dirty, I had to sweep it and even use water to remove mud and what appeared to be dog crap. While I have used this location before and have preferred it over the two others that are within easy reach I may reconsider by choice the next time.

RUBEN CIf the next customer runs into a safety issue like a flat tire, therefore having to put on their doughnut tire, give them the courtesy to return whatever they rented to at the nearest U-Haul place nearest them

WILLIAM HMy truck was returned with the gas 1/4 full, just as I received it and was told I needed to return it. I was billed for 2 extra gallons of gas, essentially padding the bill by $9.58. Really disappointed.

Kevin HI wish I could return the trailer after hours and not be invoiced for an additional day. I regularly rent the trailer multiple days and return it around 9pm.
MICHAEL ANot charge a after hours return for a trailer, especially when you return it early.
RYAN OThe man at the counter was not helpful at all. The U haul was low on coolant and he said "He didnt any to add to the truck". The passenger break light was out and he said there is nothing he can do about it. I asked him to call the other U haul office in town and he was bothered that I asked him to see if they had another truck we can use. He huffed and puff as he walked back to the office. He came back and said NOPE they dont and walked back inside. He also had very poor hygiene.

GERALD WRented a truck and was told to bring it back at the level of fuel or more. I used the chart they provided me in my contract to fill it up and it ended up being way over filled. I was told by the location that I could call and get reimbursed. Uhaul created a ticket and I got the most generic slap in the face response basically telling me to eat it. Definitely not going to recommend this place. No way no how
