GERALD WRented a truck and was told to bring it back at the level of fuel or more. I used the chart they provided me in my contract to fill it up and it ended up being way over filled. I was told by the location that I could call and get reimbursed. Uhaul created a ticket and I got the most generic slap in the face response basically telling me to eat it. Definitely not going to recommend this place. No way no how

MATTHEW FThe online experience really was not great. It was the weekend and you all wanted to call my employer to confirm my phone number? Predictably it caused me to wait 40 minutes until the store actually opened. Once I dealt with someone in person, things went very smoothly.

CALVIN LThe people at this location were great! The App was not so good. It took about an hour and a half to complete the pick-up. I had to call the help line and was on hold for about 15 minutes, the person was great, the experience wasn't.
Tamara CThe agent originally claimed the fuel level was at 3/16 tank. It was closer to 1/8. The miles to empty was 54, which is consistent with a 1/8 tank (8 * 54 = 432 miles for a full tank). He claimed he would adjust it to 1/8 but I have not seen that additional credit.
GARY KI made a reservation at this location. When I went to pick up the trailer I was told the reservation had been moved to a different location 40 minutes away. The manager told me that sometimes Uhaul does that. The only notification I received was an email that went to my junk email during the night. Luckily the manager changed it back so I didn't have to drive all that extra distance. I don't think a guaranteed reservation is one where it's guaranteed as long as you drive out of you way to pick up at a location you did not make the reservation at.
WILLIAM HI had an excellent experience renting from this location and would do it again if needed.

ALEXANDER FNorth bend is the best place we have ever used for U-Haul
BRIAN MTruck had had 2 very large cracks in windshield. 1 is 2 feet the other 1 foot. Needs to be replaced ... felt, and probably is, unsafe. Would have appreciate help understanding the tow/haul feature ... no help was proactively offered. I was told at drop-off that the tow/haul feature is probably responsible for some of the alarming behavior of the truck. the truck was very aggressive at downshifting with when it was not expected or needed... it often creates lots of alarming engine noise and rpm spikes as it downshifts. Truck also had very significant bucking a few times at speed. Very alarming and creates concern about jumbling the load.
ROBERT DNobody was on-site despite being normal business hours. The app crashed while I was returning the truck and when I opened it back up the reservation no longer showed in my account. I'm still not sure if the return went through as it does not show up in my account. And of course since the office was closed I couldn't finish the return with a person.

Billie BHad a terrible experience with the U-Haul app and an incredible experience with the customer service. Rented a truck on a holiday using U-Haul's 24/7 Truck Share program through the app. The app never gave me the option to actually begin the rental period and after an hour of struggling w/ U-Haul support calls and app settings, the location manager came out on the holiday and resolved the rental in minutes. Thank you so much!
