No concrete or asphalt. It was located at a house, not a place of business. Muddy street going in and a muddy yard. No one was there, I waited around almost an hour before I got the truck and had no paperwork when I left. They didn’t get the notification that I had an appointment at 11am.
Virgil DI don't normally complain, But would I recommend this location to a friend? HELLLL NOOOOO! Maybe to a person from a third world country, but I couldn't believe a known company doing business in America would tolerate this type operation The truck was at a trailer house 10 miles from town in a colonia . I had trouble finding the location, the lady working there had trouble directing me to it. I eventually found the street name on a telephone pole ( about a 2" x6" note nailed to the telephone pole) leading down a dirt road. Drove down the road looking for the location. No sign. no anything. Spotted a u-haul truck behind a trailer house hidden between weeds and mesquite trees, and guess what, there it was. I've used u-haul for years. I can't believe it has gotten to the point of having this as your operation.
Robert YNever spoke with anyone personally. And to have their pitbull confront me while exiting the Uhaul. Fearing for my life. Along with stickers in my shoes. Location is horrible. 30 miles added to my miles isn't fair. Because their so far out. Never again.
