Trailer was not hooked up and ready to go if it had been they would have realized right trailer lights on plug not working. Tried to put me in biggger truck which would need more gas, would not cut rental down a bit then had to drive to other U-Haul get a new truck and then get on the way caused a 2 hr delay no discount again on U-Haul, when I rented truck over phone stated only wanted truck for for May 29 to June 1 st but was charged to June 7th. Tge truck was not full when I picked it up which is hard to return truck with same amount of gas, instead I left it with more then it had when I received it poor practice. The only good thing I will say is guy at second site was great knowledgeable and helpful. I may have one more adult child to move but will not use that 1 st service spot again. And if I can find other places to rent I would probably use them

U-Haul rep who checked us in was very kind and easy to deal with. Drop off location was a little confusing as the parking lot was on opposite side of the road from the GPS address - so had to turn the truck around. Perhaps that can be communicated somehow on drop off information? It is also a dirt lot and was pretty muddy due to the weather this time of year. Perhaps owners can consider having some gravel laid down? Obviously this is more of an issue when there is lots of rain or winter melt. It’s more of a rural location and was closer to my destination on the eastern side of Moncton - so that was helpful.

This was not my original pickup location looks like the trailer was dumped there by the last renter. Had brake problem but as no other trailers were available had to use the trailer as is with the safety defects

Drop off location is easy to access and the u-haul representative (Stephanie) was super nice.

Not sure how this location is on this email for we did not drop off at this location there was a Huge confusion as to drop off but eventually figured out. Other than that all went well.

Its a rural drop off location which can seem a little sparse but the people running the business were very friendly and helpful.

The address location is wrong, address is her personal house, where's theres no room to even drive in with a truck, drop off location is on the other side of the hwy, so I missed it and had to go find a place for a u- turn and come back...

No receipt at pick up location, no address or phone for drop off location. No listings on 411 for any location except Moncton. $400 original quote ended up more than $1600!
