When I arrived I was pointed to a location to back the trailer into and then unhook it (myself)! The parking lot was not paved, muddy, and the mud dragged into my truck from my shoes due to unhooking the trailer myself is still the only dirt inside my truck. I will need services again in August and I will do my best to use any service other than Uhaul.

Tires on trailer were in poor condition. Air pressure in one tire was 22 psi while the other side had 61 psi. Both valve stems were missing caps. Attendant said that they are instructed to only hit the tires with a piece of wood to determine if the tires are inflated correctly. Attendant did file tires with air and install valve caps.
PAUL DIt was in a mud pit when I had to pick it up. When I got to the truck, nothing on the app said anything about the key being in a box at the building that was back through the mud pit. I totally understand the weather was the cause of this, but ultimately it would have been a lot nicer to have the key closer to the trucks after I was covered in mud.

MARLIN MThe location and arrangements were excellent. The price was reasonable. U-Haul is a very good service. My only concern is the equipment as the latch was getting rusty and a little difficult. The door was hard to open and close. Perhaps a little bit more maintenance is needed on some minor issues issues.
MARLIN MThe staff hooked up the trailer incorrectly. The chains dragged on the road. Luckily we found a person who knew how to correctly connect the chains. This location also closed over lunch which we were not made aware of and we had to wait an hour to get the trailer.

Danielle ACab had dog fur all over front seat, and box was a bit dirty (wet sock frozen to floor and other pieces of trash). I wanted a 15 footer which had check engine light on so they offered me the 20 footer at same price as 15’, but when I pushed pickup back a day the price changed back to full price of 20’. App for 24/7 pick up stopped working in middle of process and had to call 800 number.
Mike RNo accessible WiFi made it impossible to self check-in the trailer when I dropped it off after hours (Sunday). In this day and age, thought everyone had accessible WiFi.

Cheryl MChange the almost bald tires. I got stuck in my yard in about an in of snow and the truck was only half full. The customer before me left their pizza wrappers on the floor of the truck. The trucks should be better maintained. The truck did run very well.
Linda GThe dealer had just started dealing with UHaul about a month prior and not all of the employees were trained yet. But they were doing their best to help us. Unfortunately they checked the box for damage coverage which cost us an extra $75 and we found out later that we could not change that after the trailer had left their lot.
