I’ve had three different issues with this rental now my name is ——— phone number 321-8My sister ——- C—- phone number 321-now has to do all of our rentals for the family I am legally blind. Now I have lost my drivers license so therefore you can look at my record and her record on how many times we’ve rented with U-Haul when I went to pick up at this location, nobody could help me. They said I checked in way early. I never got the pick up code had to call back after they called my father to verify who I was then I came back to the location and picked up at 11 AM. They said they would fix it. I called the location to extend the phone number to one 800 phone number and Michelle was very rude and said if I extended and returned it after the 7:30 AM rental time I will be charged an extra day call back-and-forth back-and-forth issues then when I want to return it, they said I couldn’t return it at the same location. I had to return it at U-Haul and I had to walk from U-Haul to Seneca where I rented it because my mother 79 years old had to sit there and wait for almost an hour while I walked to the other location cause she did not have a cell phone and there was no way to contact her waiting for me at Seneco after they got verbal approval and verification of where they were dropping the U-Haul off at call us for any issues or any questions but no, this is not OK
