very shady area of town! this location is a barred up windowed liquor store, with a few uhauls on the side. very sketchy!!!

There was a bad smell in the truck when I picked it up and it was very dirty. The link that was sent to review the condition of the vehicle when it was accepted didn’t work so I was unable to verify when it was received. I waited more than 30 minutes to finalize pickup and felt unsafe in this location. I witnessed and reported theft in the store and the workers brushed it off as normal behavior by regular visitors.
Mathew MI had reserved a 15 ft truck and completed the e-check in to make the pickup quick. I get there to a totally overwhelmed employee (of no fault of their own. They were new and didn’t have anyone helping them) they had to FaceTime two different coworkers in order to figure out how to assist me and I waited for 45 minutes. Then I’m informed that they don’t have a 15ft and give me a 10ft which wasn’t large enough to fit the things I was moving and had to make multiple trips and my movers had to spend the majority of the time I hired them for playing Tetris in the uhaul. I was late returning it and charged extra for being late which was due to the fact that they didn’t have my equipment available. Turning it in also took a ridiculous amount of time. It caused a very unnecessarily stressful move that ended up being more expensive than it should’ve been because of uhaul.

Brian GI filled up this truck before returning it. It was over the 3/8 of a tank that was asked for when being returned.. I got charged over $11.00 for 3 more gallons of gas with a note saying it was below the 3-8 tank mark. This is 100% not true!!!
Eron CWe returned the rental on Saturday, Jan 20th and was charged for two days of extra use for the 21st and 22nd. I emailed customer support and have not heard back. I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank to dispute the “late” fee.
