I went to pickup the 26 foot truck and the parking lot is 5 inches of ice underneath snow the truck tires spun and spun in the spot it sat....stuck on 1 inch of snow, because of major bald tired and this truck does not have 4x4 or hub locks nor chains nothing, took me 2 hours to get the truck outta the parking lot then it got stuck again at my new house waisted another 3.5 hours with 4 men with shovels boxes of kitty litter and ice chips took almost 4 hours to get unstuck so roughly 6 hours of the 24 I had it for we where spinning tires and waisting time when I had 3 other PAID MOVERS @ 30$/HR IM NOT HAPPY I HAD TO PAY OUTTA POCKET FOR 6 EXTRA HOURS X3 GUYS THATS $90/HR for 6 hours I had to pay extra because of your horrible trucks tires and unmaintained parking lot id never suggest picking up in troshu EVER!!!! had to pay an extra $600.00 because these guys dont wanna maintain there vehicles and parking lot combined. Id honestly like to be compensated for my losses...

Not much the guy that was running it was very informative and helpful and pleasant to deal with
Sherri DI reserved the truck a number of days in advance. From the time I arrived to pick it up, to the time I drove it off the lot was around an hour. Nothing was ready. I had reserved 2 dollys and a dozen moving blankets. None of these things were in the truck. I had to carry them out to the truck myself. The lot was not plowed, so that was 4 trips back and forth to the truck through snow and ice. The truck wasn't equipped with a snow brush. I had to grab the one from my car to clear off the truck. The rolling door was frozen shut and the windshield wipers were also frozen. I had to chisel all the ice off. I've used UHAUL many times and have never been disappointed. I just felt that this location did nothing to prepare for my rental. The vehicles have always been loaded with the equipment prior, and cleared of snow and ice before ive arrived. I'll continue to recommend UHAUL, just not this location.
