Jordan was amazing!!! He was very professional and very knowledgeable! He helped me from the time I reserved until I picked up. I live in Florida so I had to catch a flight in to get the uhaul. Jordan stayed a little later than closing time to accommodate me. I would without a doubt recommend this location!! Thank you very much Jordan 😊

DENIS WOriginal request was a 9' cargo van however the previous customer came back with a flat tire. So they upgraded keeping same quote. They also explained mileage/pricing so that I would gain the full benefit of lower price per mile. The owners were patient and very welcoming. Had a great conversation and appreciated the excellent customer service!

ROBERT CFix the gas gage make sure the trucks are in working order and make sure you don't charge customers more money when they filled the truck up because the gas gage was broken I'll never use uhal again

MARK GEven though I only needed a cargo van for an hour or so, I could not have asked for a better rental experience. The vehicle was spotless, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't think of anything to improve upon. Hopefully all of your locations are of this quality.
