LARRY LYou should provide hitch pins for the trailers to secure the hitch to the ball. We had a newer style hitch with the lever. I purchased a hitch pin at Tractor Supply for about $5 and I knew the trailer would be secure.

Matthew NMy initial pickup location was BG Towing & Repair, but I never received a code to key the key. I called the U-Haul main number and they gave me a couple of options. I chose Omni Feeds and was immediately helped when I arrived.

Pat GKirk was great to work with. This was an in-town rental and the previous user had not returned the pickup I was assigned. Kirk was able to get me one of their vans quickly and efficiently. He was also very personable. Overall, the facility is clearn, bright and in a very easily accessible area. They offer a good array of U-Haul products and a nice selection of vehicles.
David BU-haul should ensure their locations are open and ready to distribute keys. We were lucky that the owner of this store happened to be there doing a few things. His store was not supposed to be open and had he not been gracious to get us the keys we would have been without a truck. I give this uhaul location a 10/10! But uhaul corporate would get a 0/10 if I could separate the rating.

Bradley LThe driver-side window door handle knob fell off! At first, I was in a vast U-Haul truck. I had to return the one truck & get a smaller U-Haul! I went back to the business, crying my eyes out. The businessman was understanding & I got a smaller truck.

Ben CJordan at Omni Feed and Supply was a huge help right off the start. Recommended we set up a corporate account so we did and saved us a great deal of money. Everyone I spoke to at Uhaul walked me through the process was such a big help. I definitely will recommend Omni Feeds and Supply for Uhaul rentals, and overall had a great experience with Uhaul in general. Thank you for taking the time to explain every little detail to us as well. And one last thing, there was a Ruth I spoke with when calling in my reservation, she absolutely is wonderful. Thank you Uhaul!!!!

Ramiro LIt was the first time I've had need to rent a pickup to move something I couldn't fit in my jeep. The staff was extremely considerate and helpful. He answered all of my questions. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. The truck was clean and functioned perfectly. The rental price rate was fair. Definitely a 12 out of 10 experience.
