The location was very convenient. The staff was nice but only one person works. I had to wait until store was empty in order for the worker to lock the store up and come to the parking lot. I was given the correct truck per my reservation but the information sent to my phone did not match and I had to go back in. The worker had to call for instructions and then lock the store back up , walk back out while my story was verified and the correct information obtained. Just took longer than necessary. The truck I got had not been cleaned out. Because the information was wrong, I couldn’t submit pictures.

Issue with ordering a dolly. It showed up on my end and on my receipt but it didn't show for the location. Took about 30 minutes to sort out.

The location that I rented from was great though I did rent through UHaul online and my rental was suppose to be 30 bucks per day for the rental. I was charged by UHaul, 140 bucks roughly. I will have to call and get this fixed due to my anticipation of a 150 to 170 dollar bill and it was over 260 bucks instead.

The brakes had been adjusted too tightly and would drag going over bumps.

Although I agreed to use the mobile check in and UHaul contacted me a couple days ahead of the reservation date, I also contacted the location pick up to confirm the process. They told me to follow the instructions when I show up the day of. Unfortunately, this location did not prepare the vehicle ahead of time for access instructions. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone from across the US to help access the keys and get on the road. Thankfully, UHaul has people to talk to as the website and app put me in a relentless loop. The drop off however, was seamless.
