You could give me what I actually reserved....I reserved a 10' truck about 2 weeks ago. Was called and told the location I had chosen did not have the truck, so I would have to drive further to pick it up, but NO credit for the 99cent mile charge. I get to the location on the day and time scheduled to pick up the truck, AND THERE IS NO TRUCK!! Panic sets in...I phone UHAUL and the lady (very nice) tells me the ONLY thing available in the county is a 26' truck, several miles away. I go to yet the 3rd location and get the truck. It was horrible!! Major anxiety, the truck was too too big and I was not comfortable driving it. Corporate UHAUL is UNORGANIZED!!! I will never rent through them again!!
