Going to stop using uhaul in future

I rent at uhaul all the time but I had to rent a trailer at this one location because other place I go to did not have the 5x9 trailer I needed at the last minute so I book it on the uhaul app was supposed to be 89$ for 3 days after I return it way before the due date actually a day early I did not care that I paid for the extra day did not use it for but after drop it off next day I get a bill for 144$ I called they never check in my uhaul trailer after I drop it off I had to call the place got it from could not get hold of them had to call uhaul 1800 they got a hold of them after 15-20 Min will not deal with them again at that location

Over all, it was a swift and easy transaction. The pickup process took a little longer than normal. However, it was just due to technological difficulties. Other than that, the truck was clean and efficient, and the drop off process was very quick. Thanks again.

Truck was not ready at 7am. People were extremely rude and nasty. Place is a complete rip off!!!!! They lie about everything. Not good !!!!!

Friendly, handed them the key, as everything is fine on the app. I think you should give a little room on the mileage, as it calculated from the pickup to drop off only. Obviously, you are taking the items to a new location which isn’t likely to be on the exact route. I would like you to refund me for the extra (12 miles!) I drove.

What a pathetic experience. This location is a joke. First of all, it is a convenience store. They don't even have a U-Haul check-n terminal or handheld device for processing the check-in. I spent 40 minutes while the clerk kept calling the owner, who kept texting me links for scanning my licensee, The links would never work. Eventually the owner should up in person to check me in. As usual with these pretend locations, you have to do hook up yourself. Only to discover that the wire harness was missing. I had to drive myself to her other joke of a U-Haul location and pick up the harness, and drive back to get my trailer. An extra 30 minutes and gas. 90 minutes total to pickup a trailer. Never this location again. The only good part was that both ladies were very polite. Everything else was a failure. Not only should this rental be free, I feel I should have been paid to drive to another location to pickup a wire harness
