That truck was gross. Cigarettes and dog small permiated every inch of that thing. There was dog hair everywhere and cig ashes in the door of the truck. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition. Not cuz the wheel was locking. It just needed to be wiggled JUST the right way to come out, which took forever to figure out. It had only a quarter of a tank when i picked up so before anything happened, i already had to fill up on gas. I always expect a less than perfect vehicle and truly enjoy the experience of driving them. But this truck was the worst. Goddam, guys. The person that helped us was great though. Super easy location to pick up/drop off from

Great location, owner was super friendly and easy to work with,truck met my needs. Only downside was truck smelled like cigarettes, given I am not a smoker, it was not comfortable being in the truck.

Truck was clean but smelled horrible Was suppose to be online pick up but found out after 20 minutes of trying that we were unable to do so because we requested a dolly. No human on site so had to call, person was another 20 minutes out. Did not want to wait any longer and frustrated we went without and just took the smelly truck

Am I ever glad you asked . I swear to god I'll never go back there again ,,, even in my next lifetime . Whoever it was that kept calling me and hollering throughout the whole process is still an unknown to me . He was as rude as one can get . Always complaining over what he had to do , and not any help at all . I've never been through a transaction that was completely over a cell phone and totally anonymous . I'm just glad it's over .

- Person was super rude and arrogant. - Ordered trolley also, he havnt gave it. Unfortunately I havnt checked it but got to know when I reached my destination. He should have informed me earlier so that I should have managed accordingly. - Supposed to get final invoice when vehicle returned but he told me that it he is sending through email in half hour and after half hour he stopped answering my calls. Got final invoice after 2 hours.

female manager that handed over keys was pleasant. gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was rude and claimed to have given me instructions which he didn't and was then rude to me when I didn't follow instructions I never got.

The on-line check in was very frustrating and took us over an hour at the pickup location. The trailer had a flat tire that required air before we could drive with it. Upon returning the trailer, the garage owner across the street had a vehicle parked in the spot. We left the trailer in the only available spot without blocking the gate. Received a nasty text from whomever manages the location about where we left it. Will not use this location again.

No staff, they are on holiday. Had to do the whole hook up myself. No one to verify or help. Trailer not where I was told. Trailer behind gate and covered in snow. Driveway to trailer covered in snow. Wet cold shoes on pick up and return. Still no staff here to help. Had to back into a tight spot to return the trailer with no one to guide me. I will not use this location again. Cut my hand on the gate also and bleeding. Recieved a rental guarantee for the trouble recieving the trailer. Did not expect to be left on my own for the return. Opening and closing gates and walking through snow and ice. This is not the customers job or responsibility, and should not have been passed on to me! Had wet shoes yesterday because of this and now another pair is wet from the snow.

The people were nowhere to be found. I did register for automatic pick up however I was having trouble with it so tried to find someone to help. There was a number in the fence that said text if you need help, I did and to this day never have heard anything . The truck and everything else was easy and after I got my registration figured out everything was simple

No physical contact despite being a trailer, two phone numbers given and one of them didn’t pick up multiple times, and then said they had no idea about U-Haul, other number called back and gave attitude, was told if I didn’t like it rent from somewhere else. Terrible location and will never go again.

Once again sunny was amazing and made sure everything went smooth from pick up to drop off. This location is my main Uhual location

Have someone present when picking up and dropping off the rental instead of having to phone when you arrive at location and do everything over the the phone for picking up and dropping off rental trailer. Also had to open the gate remove trailer and when returning had to open gate and replace trailer to spot when returning and close the gate. This location could have a more personal contact with rental when picking up or returning.

I booked a truck from the Lougheed location originally. Your app fsiled me, I coukd not make payment fir 188.00. Your customer service help person was no help and line disconnected. No manager on site. Almost hour wasted. Had my paid help waiting to move product. Had no chouce but to spend more at the Mershon location, dissapointing. Sunny the site manager there was the saving grace thank god. Not satisfied.

Customer service was great, I was able to get a truck last minute with minimal hassle. The u-haul Rep was was more than professional and courteous. I was able to get a 15 ft truck (was looking for a 10ft, but the 15ft worked better for us in the long run). On top of that I was able to extend the time, as there weren't any other bookings. But I still made sure to take an hour just on sweeping it out as we tracked ALOT of pine needles, and a little mud, as the backyard got a little 'soupy' with the weather the past week or so. Thank you will recommend to anyone needing to haul a load big or small.

Location of trailer made it hard to hook to truck as hitch would not go high enough. Lot guy had to help me Lift trailer in to hitch I have adjustable hitch and still was to high as trailer was backed against a hillside /bank, when I returned it no one there to help and I had to lift trailer alone. I won’t be back to that location but will rent from another U-Haul location I’ve used in past.

Cab was Clean but the box had garage in it. I left the box the way i found it dirty and got charged a cleaning fee. Also the blanket bag a dolly were not zip tied, also got charge extra for equipment i didnt use.

Difficult to deal with, no in person pickup. Argued about what I booked as I had scheduled it for 24hrs but was told I had to have it back by 9pm. I also ordered an appliance dolly and when I got there he said he didn’t have one even though I booked it. The brakes on the vehicle were horrible and the tick shook significantly when applying the brakes. I also a final bill at the beginning of my rental and was charged mileage for 100 km but only drove 87. Worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. I’m filing a complaint regarding my mileage charge as I was over charged. I photos at the start and end of rental.
