This place charged me for 2 days, 9 gallons of gas and a $30 fuel charge for 10 miles. Thieves and liars. I used the truck for 1 day, and 10 miles, no way possible to have used 9 gallons of gas.

I purchased a 7 to 4 way switch at another location bc I didn’t have confidence in the pick up location based on their inability to answer some questions by phone. Upon arrival, they wrote down my entire license and CC information instead of using computer. I had paid on-line and did not want the insurance, which I could not remove it. I didn’t know it at the time, but they did not properly attach the hitch and did not take photos. I did take a photo bc I didn’t have confidence. When I asked if they checked the air pressure, the guy kicked the tire and said it was good.

He came out side pointed to it and left with no care, assistance ,or ask if I needed any help. This was my worst UHual customer service experience after 30 years of using UHual.

Sherry GWhen I returned the trailer I received no assistance. The person said they couldn't help because of their back. He didn't want to even come out and look at the trailer. He finally came out when I told him I wanted the packing blankets counted. It took hours before it was checked in officially in the system all the time having me concerned that if the trailer went missing it would be on me. Terrible service.
