Probably in the positive experience I have had the years. From booking to pickup to drop off. We had to rent an additional trailer with the U-Haul, it had a bad tire we noticed, before taking off on our trip. Uhaul had someone out within the hour, fixed and ready for the road. Trip was flawless, return was the easiest. We booked a full service mover to start with and we're screwed over, cancelled and went with U-Haul, best experience.

Process was quick and easy.
Wade BThe truck pulled to the right when driving, and when you put on the brakes, the truck pulled to the left. There was no air-conditioning and the check tire light was on the entire time and the tires were filled with air.

Had to call customer service to verify return but was told there was nothing they could do. Hopefully won't get charged for late fee. Would not recommend that location.
