Shaquan EI had made my reservation for 11:00am and the owner of the bussiness showed up 15 min late which made me be late to my appointment with my customer. Truck was also not clean with food crumble in the cabin
Jose CThe location at 14093 West Dixie Hwy in North Miami was not the problem. It was the initial location at12865 NW 7th Ave. that was the problem. I went in a few days before I needed the service and asked for two days of service and the clerk at the desk put in four hours. This caused me unnecessary time all day to secure a rental truck to complete my hauling. Competent staff can save the client a lot of time and make them want to come back. The service at West Dixie Hwy was very accommodating after my ordeal at 7th Ave.
Patrenia WFilthy dirty location and vehicle. Upon entering the location they were selling everything from knock off Pocketbooks to knock off bottles of perfume. Two food out of plastic containers. Marley and her six children were there. The children were in the very small front area without shoes on. The location had an offensive smell of marijuana, as did the vehicle. The vehicle reserved was a 20 foot truck the vehicle received was not a 20 foot truck it was a 16 foot truck. In addition 36 blankets were ordered in advance. I called corporate to confirm this order three times and was reassured all three times that the additional items that I added to the vehicle would be there on the date of pick up. Upon picking up the vehicle I was informed only after asking if the blankets were in the vehicle that there were no blankets. I am mediately, called corporate and lodged a complaint. Please refer to the complaint lodged. The vehicle itself was old rickety had been in multiple accidents filthy. A lock was not provided which I paid for. I would greatly appreciate Uhaul regional manager making a pop in visit to this location. This is not an acceptable location that represents Uhaul as a corporate company . In addition, I would like to have a follow up phone call as well as to review additional information regarding this horrific experience with Uhaul.
Paul MI got the wrong truck (a smaller one), and was charged for a bigger one. And I spent about 6 hrs on the phone before I got the truck.

Terrance Sthe owner of this location adds stuff without you approving it and then he tells you the system added this correctly. Also the check out was horrible. they overcharged me because it looks like I had the rental for two days. Terrible experience
Christian MThe representative was very polite and responsive. The transaction was also fast and without issue. Although the vehicle was clean , there was a problem with the vehicle low tire pressure was on. I suggest this to be checked before the next rental as a precaution measure.

Ariel SAttendant didn’t came out to check the vehicle when I picked it up, nor when I returned it, When I returned the vehicle he said thanks and that it, I refueled the truck to deliver it with a 1/2 tank of gas. I got a final charge for I don’t know what.

Edna NBusiness was not opened when I arrived at 10 am. Owner arrived 30 min later in which affected my move due to limit I had by my building. Same business gave my issues using other services.
Victor MI picked up the truck on February 15 at 10h38 Am and returned it on the 16 at 10h28 Am, I asked the guy to check the truck while I am here and give me my receipt, he told me that U haul will email me the receipt, when I received it he put at I returned the truck at 11h am and charge me for an extra day. I called customer service explained everything and the lady told me that she will refund the extra day plus the insurance, and I will receive and email confirmation for my refund, so far, I don't receive anything yet. I need my refund because I returned the truck on time.
Patrick JThe online program didn't want to accept the picture when I returned the truck. It didn't allow me the option either to upload a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge. Need to better that system.
Maria VInside the drivers part is sticky stuff, bottles of water, food crumbs on dashboards and floor, all over the place, snacks in the glove compartment. When getting the truck, I was only allowed to submit one photo. Also as noted on file I ordered the truck for December 29, the location said they forgot to leave the keys, this caused me to take longer than needed

Joshua CTruck smelled like rotten fish with a yellowish substance spilled in the box plus raw rice residue all over the place. I spent one hour cleaning the truck; I was moving and we didn't want to put our furniture in there but had no choice. The location I was supposed to return the truck was closed on the day I tried to return it. I attempted to return it at another location but they told me they would charge me double. Had no choice but to leave the truck at that location and come back the day after to pick up the truck and return it to the original location. Not a good experience at all.
Eduardo RThe agent was friendly but did not tell us the information we needed in order to make the best decisions for our rental. He did not guide us to the correct truck nor did he speak about documenting the condition of the truck before leaving the location. Although this information was among the ttext messages received from UHaul, the agent should have reiterated those things in case the text messages didn't all get through.

Mark Wthe quality is disgusting the truck was dirty it smelled like urine and they gave me less than half a tank of gas. Of course I was not going to fill the tank completely because they DID NOT DELIVER IT FULL. and still they charged me for not filling it company disgust
Wilmer OTry avoiding having locations in shady ass locations that are unmarked hole in the walls. We had to walk through this small plaza and ask each shop owner where to pick up trucks because we had no info except a address. We could see the trucks but for about 20mins walked around clueless till we found a small ghetto shop that had a few kids chilling in the back but this is a convenient store? Definitely we end up hiring movers next time instead of reserving a truck through uhaul if this is the kind of service I can expect. The guy who worked there was really cool probably only plus side about the experience

EMIL LThere were some articles of clothing and water bottle containers left inside the seat areas. Rental representative spoke on his phone while attending me and never completed a drop off vehicle check, and told me, “just drop off the key”.

MORALES LNext time to be honest it was the worst experience ever to the moment I got to the location No costumer service at all, then the representative give as a truck that it was all crash inside and outside and to fill the cup with the light of the check engine on. We tell the representative and he said that it not his problem and That what’s I get! And also it is very important to get the opportunity to the client to get all the work done and it is taking a little bit more that we specks get in contact with the client and let the chance to finish the job instead of get my self like a criminal , getting arrested , losing part of my belongings .... for no reason because I’m a woman that I don’t deserve to pass through all that Chaim
Cristina DGas charges are out of line. Unless the truck has a very low gallon milleage. 3.5 miles per gallon? I was charged $8 for 2 gallons and total distance traveled was 7 miles. So 3.5 miles per gallon is crazy bad calculation

The only excellent review will be for Jaime, who after almost an hour, he was able to help me resolve my rental issue. Furthermore, I was charged for a dolly furniture that I never got.

PATRICIA Bwas charged $70 insurance that i stated i did not want multiple times only to be told "oh its an automatic charge call the company" which i know is a lie ive used uhaul before. also the cab had water bottles behind seats and was never swept so i had to clean it before i used it. i found it odd but the truck did not come with a dolly inside and when i asked about it the person on sute told me to go to another uhaul to see what they could do for me. on top of the fact that where i originally reserved a truck in advance they had no truck for me so i had to use a further uhaul costing me more money. they had called me in the morning stating they had a 20' truck because they didnt have a 17 but when i show up they also rented the 20 i was told i was going to recieve over all of all the times ive used a uhaul this was by far the worst experience ive had and will never use those locations agai
