"Uhaul" part was excellent. Clean, well maintained, working A/C. Staff at Open Pantry friendly and no issues as with them as far as rental. My only complaint is that they list their hours as 8-5 everyday, but on the Sunday I went, there was no one present until an hour and a half (9:30) later. If you are on a tight schedule, this location may leave you somewhat frustrated. Other than that, 9/10; would use them again.Matthew Z.

The original location did not have the vehicle that I booked as a guarantee booking, the person just through his hands in the air and told me to call uhaul, I had to drive to a second location to get a vehicle. They had no clue what they were doing. They had to be given the same information over and over. After we left with the truck, they called me to ask me when I was going to come and pick up the truck that I had reserved. I told them that we had just left there from picking up the truck. The man that called said that he would just go ahead and cancel the reservation. The people were the same way when the truck returned. I WILL NEVER RENT A TRUCK FROM THERE AGAIN. I have rented from U-Haul many times. This is the only time that I have been disappointed.Connie T.

First truck - Battery dead. Had to move to larger rental. This rental had issues with the blower. It didn't matter what setting the direction of blower was set, ( vent, defrost, feet etc..) It only would blow on the windshield. This could be a safety issue with fogging not to mention we burned up due to the temp that day. The location for pickup/return was fine.Carl S.

UHAUL debited my account for $150.07 and the local operated also debited my account for $74.50. I need an explanation urgently on the arbitrary charges. Market is the uhaul location better, we were confused when we pulled into a gas station. Also I felt the price was very high especially when I only had the truck for two hours and the commute and back was no longer than fifteen minutes apart.Keneisha B.
I had my pick up time for 12pm. I arrived at the location at 12:14pm. The rental was available. However, the worker stated that he didn't have the appliance dolly offered the regular dolly. I explained to the worker that this rental was done online and the website stated that the appliance dolly was at the store. The worker responded that it might be a mistake. I said no and the work stated that his manager will have to get the requested dolly and it will be in an hour. I come back an hour later to get the dolly and rental. My day was compromised, due to the poor service of the above store location.Tony E.

An unfair rating on personnel & location. The location was out of the way but findable. The single clerk manning the store would not come out to inspect the vehicle although it was in the same condition we got it. Representative at this location completely botched our order and now we are being charged for her mistakes. Overall, she seemed like she was not sure what she was doing and we are paying the price for it. We were forced to use a larger truck because the renter of the one we ordered failed to bring it back in time and she quoted us $10 for the larger truck; we wound up paying $70 more for it plus now even larger fees for dropping the truck off at a location that she failed to record on the order after we clearly told her it was a one-way truck and we would not be returning the truck to her location. A total nightmare. This location is not qualified in rental. I rented and paid on line. Upon arrival,the people had no idea what they were doing. Took 2 hours of waiting and several phone calls to uhaul to finally be able to get the uhaul. I was charged twice for the rental,which payment was returned after several days. The person who was in charge of helping with hooking and dismounting the trailer had no knowledge as to how it worked. A bystander actually helped me hook up the trailer properly. Also when returned the trailer, the person whom I rented it from had no clue how to remove the trailer. He said he would call someone and find out however the other person on the line was of no use. I had to haul the trailer to an actual U-Haul location for them to assist me in removing the trailer off of the ball hitch. Furthermore, I was inquired a second day charge by the original location of pick up, but I dropped off the trailer at the certified U-Haul location the same day. I DONT NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO RENT FROM THE â€œOPEN PANTRYâ€ LOCATION. The people there are not KNOWLEDGEABLE about hooking up or dismounting a trailer!!
