Store called me at 9pm night before to ask if he needed to be on site at 8:30 for my pickup. Otherwise I could hookup myself. Said he would set alarm and get up to meet me Then called the next morning to say he was running late by 20 minutes. He didn't know how to hook up the trailer, I had to do it. He was more distracted by his dog running around off leash then the trailer rental. Trailer was covered in bird poop and smashed bird eggs. Lights on trailer didn't work as I found out by somone on the journey, wire was broke, had to splice with parts on hand due to lack of concern overall already from uhual.
