The locks it took me three hours just to unlock it

My move was a nightmare. I had to do more than I was physically capable with chronic Fibromyalgia.The only thing that went well was the U-Haul rental. I was exhausted, stressed, and in a lot of pain. The rep went above and beyond to accommodate. She was understanding, quickly inspected the U-Haul and processed the needed documentation efficiently. Making sure I received the refund that I didn't know I was to receive! A 10+ on both picking up and dropping off the truck!

Took almost a hr and half to check in on ap and get truck. The truck was backed into a bush that had to climb on to open back door. Inside was dusty and not as clean as previous rentals I have done with u. It hadn't been washed and windshield was so dirt at night when picked up tried driving but inside glass so dirty had to stop and get napkin to wipe a area so I could see better. When I pulled into gas station aboutva mile from pick up there was a cop followed me from pick up into station. Did not hit lights but did talk to me to make sure I was not impaired. As it was hard to maintain just my lane cause i couldn't see. I don't know if I would rent from again. It was stressful and a hassle. If I did not need it so bad next day I would have gone back parked and ended rental.

You guys overcharged the heck out of me. You said a dolly I rented was missing. That’s incorrect. It was returned locked in the correct position it was in to begin with. You overcharged me for fuel by a long shot. I returned the vehicle with more fuel than I left it. The person I returned the truck to scheduled on my rental day confirmed all these things were accurate and that my total was set at $86 with everything out the door. I want the charge corrected the remainder returned to my card immediately. This is such sloppy bookkeeping. Just sad.

I did not realize I was renting from a storage facility that had a few trucks. The trucks were far away from the office. Since this was on Sunday the door was locked. You have to be buzzed in. That system was not working well. Plus, I did not realize I needed the app to manage this rental. I have an account, but never needed that before. This also did not go well.

The office was difficult to locate. There was no UHaul signage that was clearly visible (if visible at all). And the storage center does not look like a typical storage unit, so it's quite deceiving.

Be sure that you clarify if the rental is actually a 24/7 rental. There was some confusion with my rental in this regard.

Again, U-Haul app did not work at this location so had to inform customer service over the phone that I was dropping off truck & putting key in lockbox.

This is not the location that I called a week in advance and reserved a truck from. The gas tank was empty! It has taken already 4 days and I still have not been cashed out and not credited the $35 that was owed to me because I put gas in the tank. This location was not the problem U-Haul is the problem

The lady who checked me in was absolutely amazing. She addressed the reservation issue caused by my pickup area and was able to get me checked in for a return.

This place is confusing; the vehicle is parked in business parking lot, no idea who and where you need to talk to. After calling and being directed to self-check workout getting the code to unlock the truck. Then, I need to go to the office to get multiple codes configure out which one I need to use. At drop off, office sign shoeing open, tang the bill to be promised to see someone in ONE minutes, not unlike fifteen minutes later someone unfriendly showed up with attitude, waited another 10 minutes to get the ok to leave agyervtruck to inspection. All together I've waisted 45-60 minutes to receive and returner the truck back.

Truck fuel gauge showed empty when I picked it up. Seat belt sensor was broken and made noise the entire time I was droving

The location and clerk were great, but the doors had to be slammed hard to get them shut. The brakes were iffy -- should be checked as I had to really step on them (though in comparison maybe my car just has great brakes!).

The Uhaul app wasn’t working, so had to spend time on the phone with customer service to get the key. Make sure the app is working for self check in!

The guy giving us our truck was very pleasant and helpful. the equipment was clean yes. the mother's attic part above the cab leaks. 2 boxes that were up there were soaked after torrential downpours on one hour drive home and waiting for unload I took pictures of the pools of water.

For the self return through the webite to be worked on, that was our main issue. The employees were wonderful and very understanding and helpful, the truck drove great and was easy to drive/use. The customer service hotline could use some work, took us 45 minutes to reach somebody.
