Dennis KI rented the trailer for 24 hours. Location not open on Sunday. Since there is a fence they asked me to have it in the fence before 730a on Monday for a 1 day rental. I did they charged me for 2 days. That is bullcrap. If it had to be rtn same day then she should not have told me I had til Monday. Since it was a different staff member they said agreement is one day it should have been here Sunday. I said where did you want me to put it. She said you could of just dropped it in front of the gate. Never rent from that location again to many games to get an extra 20 buck. I did not even use the trailer on Sunday just sat in driveway.
Richard HAlyssa is great to work with, and made my whole experience with renting a U-Haul van very pleasant.

RONNIE CMake sure gas gauge is correct ,paper work said it was half tank when i pulled out it was one notch below half. Nice truck ran great.

Ralph SDon't spray air freshener all over the seats and floor. People w breathing issues suffer horribly from the toxicity of these chemicals! Like me. The truck was brand new. It did not need that horrible spray. You could see the chemical running out of the vents on the dashboard. Just nasty. My clothes and hair and everything l had on the cab stinks horrible. That is traumatizing to people with lung issues!
LINDA DThere was no moving blankets , there was no pullout ramp on this truck. Still was able to lift ok. We were 2 older ladies. I should have looked before leaving. Jay was friendly and professional. , and listened to my comments.
BARBARA DSterio lights did not work. Cabin doesn't seem to be sealed completely with howling noise when windows are up talking on phone was hard at times. Would of been helpful to access back portion of van through front area. Panel was stationary. Renewed daily as to unforseen matters at my storage facility a little stressful getting all messages but I understand concern of equipment. Staff was pleasant through the entire rental along with my remaining balance I will resolve here shortly. Thank you
Alison Btruck did match contract, customer service agent was to rectify the problem upon return but had or could not. when i received my bill via e-mail i was charged for 21 additional miles. truck was not cleaned inside or out.
JAMES MUpon returning our uhaul, we were refused at 3 locations. The employees stated they had no room, there was room. Im guessing they didn't want to unhitch us. At Ormond Auto, a very rude Blond woman said the uhaul representative was off today, come back tomorrow. We had already driven around for 2 hours. Our only salvation was MATTHEW, a car mechanic who single handedly unhitched us and placed the trailer back where it belonged.
JEAN-CLAUDE MThe lefthand side strap on the trailer that is suppose to secure the car to the trailer was torn, and I had to buy strap so I can move my car. These (safety) issues should've been inspected prior to renting the transporter, very disappointed. I was told go find the trailer and hook it up, why there was no one helping me with backing up to the trailer and hooking up?

DENNIS Mthey were not very helpful with my return, i had to ask for help taking the trailer off of my truck. also i had to call 800 3 times to get a reciept because they do not answer the phone.

Jay the customer services representative is professional, task oriented, and knowledgeable about is service product and customer. Each time he has outdone the customer experiences with a rewarding customer experience. Lastly the place is very clean.

Henrick BArrived at location and waited 10 minutes as people chatted and joked. Jay has the personality of a wet sock. Trailer arrived with brush, twigs and dirt. When mentioned this to Jay he said it will blow out. Returned trailer and Jay was outside in a rental truck. He said to move the trailer to spot #9. Never being at this location before as we recently moved to this area, I proceeded to back the trailer up in the direction Jay said #9 was. My wife was helping me back up. Jay told her I should have gone around and then backed in. She told him we have never been here before and didn't know the layout. He got testy with her and said he told her he told me to drive it around. That was a lie. All he told me was to part in spot #9. Jay sat in a rental vehicle so we didn't know if we had to check out. My wife went into the office and stood there for approximately 8 minutes. One woman was helping a technician with an order on the internet and the other woman looked up at her and kept doing what she was doing. This woman, 8 minutes later came over to see what I needed. This location needs some work. I understand it is a car business that does UHaul on the side, but you aren't going to keep customers with customer service like this. We won't be returning to this location.

DINA HDropped off the truck on Thursday, Sep 5th, but they did not close out the account until Monday, Sep. 9th. I only know this because U-Haul Customer Service contacted me saying I was late returning the truck. This is my only complaint with this location.
ROGER FWith the Uhaul drop off application, checking a vehicle in and dropping it off is very easy. Then you can use the drop box or the business to drop off the keys.
CHARLES PReceived text to return truck to 1010 Nova, they refused the return. Would not tell me where they sent truck. When finally found truck at above location, was insulted, chewed out by personnel, young people. I am 91 year old senior. Return experience with UHaul locations in Ormond Beach inexcusable. Their franchise should be pulled as they are giving UHaul a very bad name. Have used your company many times in my life, this was worst return experience ever.

Helen PThe staff was a bit rude. They didn’t have my truck ready. There was even a knick knack sign on the employees desk that read: “I match energies so you go ahead and decide how we’re going to act” it’s unprofessional. I wouldn’t use this location again.
Katherine RThe drop off locations Company name changed and I really struggled to find "ORMOND AUTO". When I finally found the "Drop off" location with the help of a U-Haul station down the road, the person that I was speaking too, told me they do not have a PRINTER and he cannot give me a 'Receipt" showing that I did drop off the U-Haul truck with the miles/gas per the original agreement. Even worst was that the person that was trying to help me at the "DROP OFF" location told me "I arrived at the location with an attitude and that I should just go away". I would suggest that you remove the U-HAUL franchise from this business. I think they call themselves "The HONEST AUTO CARE" shop now. My contract with U-HAUL said I should drop the TRUCK at "ORMOND AUTO". Anton Britz
Anton BI ran into hard downpour rains, the windshield wipers fell off, I had to pull over on the highway. I made it to a rest area, the maintenance person there wited it back on. Poor truck maintenance at this rental location. P.S. I have pictures. Fidel Mejia fidelmejia3108@live.com

Jim TPoor customer service. No jack on front of trailer. Was burnt out just getting the trailer on the hitch No assistance from the vendor, load it yourself and we even had to locate the trailer with no assistance! Guy came out after we loaded it on the truck and took his pictures for your file. Didn't help us in any way! Strongly do not recommend this place!!

RANDY MReserved blankets, bubble wrap, cart. Person checking me in said in monotone, "We don't sell or rent any accessories. You can go to Lowes, aisle 30." The truck also only had 1/4 tank and smelled like cigarettes. Back was clean. Previous person's contract and masking tape still inside the cab. Truck seat was comfortable. Engine light came on during drive, but no change in performance. Pulled fine. Only complaint was I had to make a stop for gas at the station next door to Uhaul, and another stop at Lowes to get all I reserved online. Added 1 hour to the move. Engine light caused stress with a fully packed truck. Fortunately, I had an OBD2 sensor and found it was O2 sensor. Check in process was good.
